how it works-

this service is completely customizable to your individual needs! through a complimentary consultation process, I will see your space and gain an understanding of what your goals are with your rental prospects. we will discuss your budget and set expectations for the transformation. once we have discussed the scope of your project, I will offer a design proposal. (this is my fee for the time and work your project will require). once you approve, the fun can begin! I will get to work on creating a mood board for you laying out many of the design ideas and solutions. this imagery will give you an general representation of what your new space will look and feel like. i want to ensure you have full control of your reno so you will be able to revise the mood board in any way you see fit. after you have seen and signed off on the board, the implementation of the design will begin. i will do all the shopping, styling, and back end work. i will outfit your space with all the necessary amenities as well as personal touches key to a successful rental business. I have wonderful contractors that i work with for tasks beyond my ability. the whole process will take approximately 1-4 week depending on the intensity of the assignment.
