how it works-

through a complimentary consultation process, I will see your space, get to know you, and hear about your vision for your baby’s new bedroom! we will discuss your budget and set expectations for the transformation. once we have assessed the scope of the project, I will offer a design proposal. (this is my fee for the time and work your project will require). then fun can begin! I will get to work on creating a mood board, laying out many of the design ideas and solutions. this imagery will give you a general sense of what your new space will look and feel like. it will include things like paint colors, key furniture pieces, lighting solutions, and fabrics/textures. I understand nesting is a very important part of the pregnancy experience so you will have full control of your design and be able to revise the mood board in any way you’d like. after you have seen and signed off on the board, you will have two options. we can either start the implementation of the design right away or i can suggest pieces to add to your registry based on the design. we would then wait until after your baby shower to begin. once the design is underway, i will do all the shopping, styling, and back end work. I have wonderful contractors that i partner with for tasks beyond my ability. the whole process takes about 1-4 week depending on the intensity of the assignment.

“create a nursery” investment: starting at $300 per room

Additional service option: after your baby shower, it can be daunting to unpack and set up all the new items you’ve been generously gifted. I can help to go through all the items and organize your nursery in a sensible and convenient way. it is my belief that this kind of attention to organization from the start will lead to an easier and more enjoyable beginning with your newest little one!
