how it all works-

through a complimentary consultation process, I will see your space and gain an understanding of the kind of updates which would most benefit your property for resale. we will discuss your budget and set expectations for the transformation. once we have discussed the scope of your listing’s needs, I will offer a design proposal. (this is my fee for the time and work your project will require). i will do all the shopping, styling, and back end work. if beneficial, i can rearrange your furniture and stage the house to highlight the properties selling points. i will outfit your space with all the necessary details, increasing it’s chances to sell in a timely manner and to it’s fullest potential. I have wonderful contractors that i work with for tasks beyond my ability. the whole process will take approximately 1-2 week depending on the intensity of the assignment.
